3rd Annual Seize the Day: Amer’s Epilepsy Trail Race 5K/10K and One Mile Walk/Fun Run 3rd Annual Seize the Day 5k

Join us at Mendon Ponds Park for the Seize the Day: Amer's Epilepsy Trail Race!  This year, we have three race options:

• 5K Trail Run
• 10K Trail Run
• One Mile Walk/Kids Fun Run (an untimed, easy meadow path)

Start & Finish
The trail rail race will begin and end at Beach Area, off Douglas Road.  The 5K and 10K courses will follow the North Meadow and East Esker trails. The one-mile walk will follow a separate, easier course.

T-shirts & Awards
T-shirts will be given to all participants who register ahead of time. Awards will be given to the following age groups:
16 & Under
17-25
26 and Over

Parking
Please park in the Cobblestone House or Beach Area parking lots.
