Out-Cider 5K 5k Run/Walk

The Second Annual Out-Cider 5K is back for another year of fun, fitness and fruity refreshments! After the success of our first race, we are thrilled to invite runners, cicider enthusiasts, and families to join us once again.

Date & Time: August 10th, 2024 at 10am

Location: Barrelhouse by Gypsy Circus at 621 Lamar Street in Knoxville, TN

 

Highlights:

• A Scenic 5K Course: Lace up your running shoes and traverse through the historic neighborhood of Fourth and Gill.
• Cider Tasting: All participants (under 21) will receive one free raindancer cider. Our taproom and kitchen will be open to serve you for brunch. Feel free to order a flight of our delicious and refreshing ciders!
• Awards & Prizes: Compete for top honors in various age categories and take home fantastic prizes.
• Family-Friendly: Bring the whole family; there are activities for kids and non-runners too!

Runners and walkers alike are welcome to join in the excitement. The race day kicks off with a packet pickup, ensuring a smooth start for all participants. We encourage our runners to arrive on August 9th from 4-7pm to pick up their packet prior to the race day. This will help with any long lines so we can get everyone going!

After crossing the finish line, our taproom open, along with our kitchen, The Bohemian, ready to serve you brunch! Awards and prizes await top finishers in various categories, adding a competitive edge to the event.

This second-year 5k at the cidery promises to be a memorable blend of fitness and indulgence, inviting participants to savor the sweet taste of victory and cider alike. Don't miss the chance to be part of this growing tradition!

Spectators are more than welcome! Our kitchen will be open for brunch and our taproom will be open to quench your thirst after a fun morning of running!
