2024 Stinson Lake 5K Run/Walk (In-Person & Virtual) Stinson Lake 5K (In Person)

THANKS FOR THE BEST-EVER YEAR IN 2023! We raised approximately $12,000 for the Lake Host Program! Registration for the 2024 event opens Jan. 1, 2024!

The Stinson Lake 5 K Run/Walk is entering is 10th anniversary as an annual fundraiser for the Stinson Lake Association's Lake Host Program, which actively works to keep aquatic invasive species out of Stinson Lake. This program is essential to protecting the lake and ensuring its cleanliness for generations to come. Once again, we are offering options for both an in-person race as well as a virtual option for those who wish to complete the 5K on their own. 

IN-PERSON RACE

When: Saturday, Aug. 17, 9 a.m. start time 

Where: White Mountain Ranch beach (formerly Happy T Ranch; 75 Ranch Rd, Rumney, NH 03266). Race course is 3.1 miles, mostly paved, out-and-back on Stinson Lake Road, starting and finishing on dirt road (Ranch Rd) with turnaround at the Stinson Lake public boat ramp. 

Early bird registration: $30 per person by July 17, comes with a T-shirt

Regular online registration: $35 per person July 18-Aug. 14 (T-shirts not guaranteed)

Last-minute / race-day registration: $40 per person; in-person at the following times and locations (cash or check only):

• Friday, Aug. 16 from 4-5 p.m. at the Stinson Lake Association Community Building (15 Community House Road, Rumney, NH)
• Saturday, Aug. 17 from 8-8:30 a.m. at White Mountain Ranch beach

Pre-race packet pickup: Friday, Aug. 16, from 4-5 p.m. at the Stinson Lake Association Community Building (15 Community House Road, Rumney, NH)

New this year! Group discount: Families or groups of 4 or more will receive $5 off per person when they register online under a single transaction.

Awards: Overall top 3 men & women, and gender age-group winners (1-10, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+)

VIRTUAL RUN/WALK

When: Anytime Friday, Aug. 16-Sunday, Aug. 18 

Where: Anywhere

Registration: $30 per person by July 17, comes with T-shirt (which will be mailed). $35 after, from July 18-Aug. 14 (online registration only)

Results: Must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on 8/18 and will be posted online 8/19. No awards for virtual participants.
