Day of Packet Pick up on site: 8 am- 9:00 am. Packet Pick up closed PROMPTLY at 9:00 am. Please plan accordingly. Late arrivals can delay the entire race.

Join us for a sweet run a 5K, get a medal and a sweet treat! Join us for a 5K a beautiful and scenic Nomaheagan Park. Picturesque Ponds, quaint bridges, and wildlife flying around you await you on a paved FLAT FLAT FLAT course. Run, walk, or boogie your way to the finish. Bring your running shoes, a couple friends, and we will provide the course, the FOOD, the atmosphere and the FUN!

Live Run Give LLC is a race production company founded in 2019. We founded our company on the prinicpal of bringing famlies and friends together for fitness and food while giving back to our community. We are committed to supporting breast cancer research and organizations that help give support to breast cancer patients. Each year, we select 2-3 not for profits to be charity beneficiaries of our races.
