Tupelo, MS, 38801, US
Join us for the annual Tupelo Marathon and 14.2 Miler race in Tupelo, MS. We are staying on the original course that made us famous! The course is an out and back for the marathon runners on beautiful rolling country roads. For the 14.2 participants, it's a 13.1 mile run to the marathon turn-around and then a bonus 1.1 mile run to the finish. We're not charging extra for the bonus mile, so it's even a bigger bargain. It's a 5:00am start but even with the early start expect some heat and humidity. We will have water stops and a few cheering spectators to help along the way.
Long sleeve tie dye race shirts are back this year! Registrants will receive race shirt and an award winning medallion if you finish. Prizes will be awarded for overall, Masters, Grandmasters, and age group winners. Entries will be capped at 150 for the Marathon and 300 in the 14.2 Miler.
Come join the fun and "Trample the Weak Hurdle the Dead" Sunday, September 1st at 5:00 am.
1. Refund considerations will be based on race cancellation.
2. Age limit 18 years for the Marathon and 16 years for the 14.2 Miler
3. Swapping of races is discouraged but if you sign up early and don't wait until the last minute, we might consider it.
