10th Annual Beaverton Sun Run 5K Run/Walk

Beaverton Rotary is proud to present the 10th Beaverton Sun Run. We will be partnering with the Beaverton Parade again this year. The date of this year's race will be Saturday, September 7, 2024. The race will be before the parade and race will be a USATF Certified 5K out-and-back between about Evelyn M. Schiffler Memorial Park and 5th and Maple. The start and finish of the race will be on SW Berthold between Erickson and Menlo Dr (see map below).

This will overlap with the parade route that day. Participants are encouraged to spread out after the race to watch the parade which starts at 10am or visit the Saturday Beaverton Farmer's Market. The 5K will be certified by USA Track and Field. The map of the 5K route is here.

The goal of the race will remain the same, raise money for the good works supported by the Rotary Club of Beaverton. We have been serving the local Beaverton community for over 60 years. We have raised over a million dollars to support local kids in the last 20 years. We provide books for kids, scholarships, warm coats and shoes along with a lot of very worthwhile projects both locally and throughout the world. We invite you to participate and to support these benevolent activities.
