Mt. Baldhead Challenge Half Marathon

Get ready to conquer the Midwest’s Ultimate Multi-Terrain Race.™ Run through scenic woodland trails, scale sand dunes, pound the pavement, and climb 302 steps up the iconic Mt. Baldhead. Will you rise to the Challenge?

Course Information

MBC 7.0: Run a 10K+ from Oval Beach to downtown Saugatuck through Western Michigan’s extensive array of fresh water wooded sand dunes, trails, and up the mighty steps of Mt. Baldhead. Note: in order to provide the best experience, focus on the quality of the course, and include the most amount of trails possible, this course mileage is slightly over a standard 10K and clocks in around 7 miles.

MBC 13.1: Looking to take it to the next level? Run the most scenic, challenging 13.1 miles of your life through trails, dunes, and streets. Of course, you still have Mt. Baldhead’s steps to conquer; this is a half unlike any other. Bring it!

• If you registered for Lifetime Registration Benefits in 2020, you must also register for this year’s events to participate. You will receive an email with registration details. Use the link provided to expedite your registration.

Deferred 2023 Registrants

• If you deferred your registration for 2023, a credit of those registration fees will be applied to your 2024 registration. You must register for one of the 2024 events (10K or Half) to receive your credit.
• You will receive an email with registration details.
• If you choose not to run in 2024, you will forfeit your 2023 credit.

Every dollar of net proceeds raised from your registration fees and donations go directly to support FREE after-school and summer life-enrichment programs at Saugatuck Public Schools provided by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Holland.
