About this race
This event will offer two different distances for runners/walkers of all abilities. You can choose the level of challenge by participating in a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) race. The course is on the winding, paved trail at Three Creeks Metro Park, with the start/finish near the shelter house.
The mission of Silver Souls is to encourage all of us to stay active as a part of living a healthy life. Going to the gym or taking a walk can often feel like an uphill battle. That’s why Silver Souls is here to help you redefine your relationship with exercise! We take a fun, stress-free, and personalized approach to supporting each of our neighbors through their fitness journey, no matter where they start.
