Find Your Strength 5K & 1K Run Both Races (Ages 9-17)

Find Your Strength is an all-ability family fun run on September 23, 2023. This race includes a 5K, super-hero themed 1K, and finishes with an after-party with fun for the whole family. Proceeds go toward the purchase of an Exoskeleton, state-of-the-art rehab technology for those who have lost their ability to walk due to stroke, injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and more.

Registration: 

Choose between the 5K, 1K, or run both! The 5K will be chip timed. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group for the 5K race and the top three finishers of the 1K.

5K: Start & finish line at Sandpoint City Beach, turn north on Sand Creek trail, turn around after benches as the trail starts to incline, and return to City Beach via the same route. 

1K: Start & finish line at Sandpoint City Beach, turn north on Sand Creek trail, turn around near Cedar Street Bridge, and return to City Beach via the same route.  We encourage our 1K runners to "find their strength" by dressing up as their favorite superheroes!

Fees (for either or both races): 

• $45 for adults (includes t-shirt* & drink ticket)
• $20 for 17 and under (includes t-shirt* & drink ticket)
• Free kids 8 and under (t-shirt can be added for $15)

*Please note that shirt sizes are only guaranteed through August 24, 2023. 

Same-day registration is allowed. Adult registration fees will increase to $50. Shirts are based on availability.

Corporate Discounts: 

Are you a corporation paying for several runners.  We offer the following corporate discount rates. Register all your corporate team with an entry code and we will invoice you after the race. Email Amelia for more info: [email protected]

• 0 - 10 participants = $5 off
• 11 - 20 participants = $7.50 off
• 21+ participants = $10 off

We will award the overall top male and female finishers from the 5K with a new pair of running shoes!
