Indy Races 2024 10K

When the pediatric oncologist walked in, we knew she had news we weren't prepared to hear.
Our son, Indy, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Wilms tumor at three months. We felt we should do our part to raise money for childhood cancer research and families affected by childhood cancer. This is why we created the Indy Races.

According to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, only 4% of the billions of dollars annually spent on cancer research and treatments are directed toward treating childhood cancer.

Our event will be in-person this year, with a virtual option. The Indy Races will occur at Lake Shawnee on September 21, 2024 (Childhood Cancer Awareness Month).

Every dollar raised will support a local organization. 

There will be a 1-mile, 5K, 10K, or race around the lake (6.8 miles) option.
You can walk, run, or jog your selected distance.

If you do the virtual option, You can walk, run, jog, bike, or swim the following options ANYWHERE - inside, outside, at the gym, or even on a treadmill!
