Dove Dash 1K/5K Walk/Run & Pancake Breakfast Dove Dash 1K Walk/Run & Pancake Breakfast

Over the last twenty-four years, the Dove Dash has become one of the most anticipated fundraisers in Rancho Santa Margarita, where families, businesses, and patrons return year after year to take part in this community event.    

The 2024 Dove Dash will be an in-person 5K and Walk-A-Thon with a virtual option supporting High Hopes Head Injury Program. High Hopes www.HighHopes.ws is a 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit organization raising funds to support Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients.  

100% of the proceeds go directly to provide scholarship assistance to help economically disadvantaged individuals receive much-needed rehabilitation services at High Hopes to regain their lives. High Hopes is a nationally recognized program dedicated to the rehabilitation and retraining of loved ones who have been devastated by traumatic head injuries, strokes, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

New Courses:
This year the 5K course has changed to take walkers and runners through the cascading streets of Dove Canyon along a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and scenic neighborhood.  

The addition of the Family 1K course gives High Hopes students, Ryan’s Reach residents, children, and their families a special opportunity to participate in the Dove Dash event.  Everyone is welcome to register, those who walk with the assistance of walkers, wheelchairs, caregivers, family, any and all strollers are welcome to join the race! 

Dogs are also welcome!
