Hallowed Half Marathon and Frightening 5k Frightening 5k

The HALF MARATHON is back!!!!!

 

This year for the 10th Anniversary we are bringing back the Half Marathon along with the 5k and Monster Fun Run.

This race starts in fabulous downtown Leslie, takes you along country roads, through the cemetery and finishes downtown. Enjoy a brisk evening run through the countryside followed by post race refreshments and an Awesome Halloween Party!!!! All pre and post race events, the start and finish will be in downtown Leslie!

 COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!!!! (but not required) Costume Contests will take place before the race. Awards will be given for best costumes.

FRIDAY           Packet Pick-Up  111 Carney St., Leslie, MI  5 pm - 7 pm

SATURDAY    Packet Pick-Up 111 Carney St., Leslie, MI  starting  at 5:00 pm

Be sure to register early, there is NO race day registration. 

Hallowed Half Marathon - Race Starts at 5:30 pm. **Time limit 3 hours and 15 minutes (15 minute pace)

Hallowed Half Marathon  - Each participant will receive a long sleeve t-shirt. ** Although we do our best to anticipate the total number of participants we cannot guarantee shirts or correct sizes for registrants after 9/15/24**

Frightening 5k - Race starts at 6:30 pm

Frightening 5k - Each participant receives a short sleeve moisture wicking t-shirt with their registration.  ** Although we do our best to anticipate the total number of participants we cannot guarantee shirts or correct sizes for registrants after 9/15/24**

PRIZES

Hallowed Half Marathon - All finishers will receive a medal and the top three finishers in each age group will receive a prize.

Frightening 5K - The top three finishers in each age group will receive a medal. 

Age brackets 

0-8 ;9-10;11-12;13-14;15-16;17-19;20-24;25-29;30-34;35-39;40-44;45-49;50-54;55-59;60-64;65-69; 70 and over

Kids Monster Fun Run -  Cotton T-shirts for participants. ** Although we do our best to anticipate the total number of participants we cannot guarantee shirts or correct sizes for registrants after 9/15/24**. Ribbons for finishers

Kids Monster Fun Run begins at 6:00pm. The run is a city block, little kids can run 1/2 a block.

Post race refreshment will be provided for participants

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on this website.
