The Heart & Sole 5K takes place to remember and honor Courtney Frazine, a fellow runner that was taken from us WAY to soon as a result of a running accident. Proceeds from this event are donated to READ Muskegon, a charity which held a special place in Courtney's heart as she was an elementary teacher that helped children with reading problems. Fruitport Congregational Church graciously provides their property for us to host this very enjoyable 5K run AND walk. Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 8:30AM is the date and time for this memorial run AND walk. All of the participants will receive a long sleeve, "Dri-Fit" tech shirt.                             Awards will be given for overall winners and age group winners, going 3 deep. In 2023, $15,500 was raised and donated to READ Muskegon.                                       We would welcome the privilege to see and serve you at this year's Heart & Sole 5K, in Memory of Courtney Frazine.
