10 Mile starts at 9 am. Chips will be used with a staggered start. You may start anytime after you pick up your chip.

5K will begin at 9am. Start times will be staggered, and you may begin as soon as you pick up your chip.  

Course Description

As usual, both races will begin at the Ranger Station, then down to the River Trail passing by the playground.......

10 mile course heads west along the River Trail, right on Wild Turkey Trail, left on Flint Hill, right on College Farm, cross the creek and left on Running Cedar, follow the gravel road back to the gate, left on the Sandy Run Trail, right on Chestnut Oak, cross the gravel road and back on the Running Cedar Trail, right on College Farm, cross the creek, cross the power line, right on Flint Hill, right on Nicholsonville to the campground, follow the River Trail back, and finish at the playground.

5K course is out and back along the River Trail. Participants will start after the 10 milers.
