The Swing Bridge Run will be on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. Join Holy Trinity Classical Christian School in cooperation with the City of Beaufort for a 5K Run and All Ages Bridge Walk through historic downtown Beaufort and across the Woods bridge on a USATF certified 5k course.
The Swing Bridge Run is part of a the Beaufort Triple Crown, a three 5k race series. Participants who complete all three races will be eligible for special series awards for best combined time. The registration bundle is only available until XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Don't like to run? Support our event by registering as a walker. Registered Walkers but will not be timed and will turn around at the end of the bridge before Meridian Road. Registered Walkers will receive a t-shirt with registration. T-shirts must be picked up at packet pickup - but will not be issued a race bib.
The race will be preceded by a Sunrise Prayer Gathering at 7:15 am under the pavilion at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park where all are invited to join. Please bring a chair or a blanket to sit on and join us as we pray for the students and families of our Beaufort community, as well as for Holy Trinity's sister school Good Shepherd Academy in South Sudan.

Pre Race Prep:
- Race packet & T-shirt pick-up will be held on Friday, November 1st from 10am until 5pm at Grounded Running.
- We will also have t-shirt and race bib pick-up available on race day starting at 7am.
- Race day registration will be available on Saturday, November 2nd from 7:15am-7:45am in downtown Beaufort at the Grounded Running tent.
T Shirts and Merchandise: All Registered 5k runners & Registered Walkers will receive a 2024 SBR T-Shirt
- To ensure the size you desire, please register early. We cannot guarantee your size preference for any participant that registers AFTER OCTOBER 20TH

7:15-7:45 am: Sunrise Community Prayer Gathering
* Chairs will not be provided for this service so please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
7:00-7:45 am: Day of Race Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration
8:00 am: 5K Start
8:20 am: All Ages Bridge walk starts, walkers fall in behind runners.
8:45 am: Award Ceremony
9:00 am: Enjoy your morning in downtown Beaufort

- Event is dog friendly and stroller friendly - please fall in the back of the line behind the runners
- No bicycles please
- 5K Course: Start/finish line at Freedom Mall down Bay Street cross Woods Memorial Bridge to Lady's Island down Meridian Rd to Youmans Drive and double back on same route to Freedom Mall.

5k Run:
Top 3 overall male & female awards as well as age groups awarded to top 3 male & female: 8-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. The race is open for runners and walkers of all abilities. The awards ceremony will begin immediately following the race.
