Pirate 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Holston River Park, Knoxville, TN (11-2-2024) RD1 5K

This is a US Road Running Club Race and part of the US Road Running Race Series.
It is not required to be a club member to run with us.
Club members receive 50% off club races and a US Road Running shirt.

Race Information
The race starts at 9:00 AM.
Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
All runners must register on RunSignup. 
No on-site registration.

Additional Information
The starting line is near Shelter #1. 

5K & 10K Course

The course is an out-and-back.
The 5K does the course twice.
The 10K does the course four times.
The 5K and 10K are limited to 2:00 hours. 

Half Marathon Course

The course is an out-and-back.
The Half Marathon does the course six times.
The Half Marathon is limited to 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Age group awards are based on series points and awarded at the end of each calendar year.

All finishers will receive a themed medal.

Best Costume
It is not required to wear a costume, but we do encourage it.
At the beginning of each race, we take a group photo.
The best costume will be awarded at the beginning race.

Pirate Booty
To help get into the theme we have Pirate Booty at our pirate race.

Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions. 
We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. 
No dogs on the course.
Walkers are always welcome.
