Join the Rotary Club of West Haven for our 2nd Annual 5K Turkey Trot and Fun Run on Saturday, November 18th, 2023.

"Service above Self" has been our motto since we first began as a club in 1933.  This is a great opportunity to come together as a community to help those school age children who are less fortunate.  All proceeds, after expenses, will go to fund current and future projects such as 3rd grade dictionaries, Operation Warm Coat, scholarships for West Haven High School and Notre Dame High School, and Adult Education, First Day of School Baggies, WHEAT, and so much more!

Check in time starts at 8 a.m.  The Turkey Trot starts promptly at 9 a.m. and ends at 11am, starting at Painter Park, lower level at the pavilion, to Kelsey Avenue, to to Captain Thomas Blvd, to Platt Ave, through West Haven High School, back on to Kelsey Avenue, and end back at Painter Park lower level pavilion.  This has been measured and is a true 5K.  Free parking available.

Registration is $30/person (ages 9+) and $15/person (ages 3-8).  Each early registration includes an event tee!  Children in strollers are not required to register.  All ages are welcome including furbabies but must be leashed! 

We encourage Thanksgiving costumes and accessories!  Restaurant gift cards will be given to the top 10 most original costumes!

 Come early for hot beverages, and a holiday treat! Take photos with our giant Turkey!  

Chip Timing - This event will NOT be timed.
