AI Overview

The Viking 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon at E J Nutter Park, scheduled for December 21, 2024, offers a festive winter run with multiple distance options. While specific historical details for this event are not provided, it is part of a series indicated by "RD1," suggesting a recurring event or a race within a larger circuit. Participants can anticipate a well-organized event designed to accommodate various fitness levels, from casual walkers to seasoned runners. This event promises a spirited atmosphere as it takes place shortly before the holiday season. The races will be held at E J Nutter Park in Beavercreek, Ohio. The terrain is generally described as paved or hard-packed surfaces, common for park trail systems, making it suitable for road running shoes. Given the December date, runners should be prepared for typical late-autumn/early-winter conditions in Ohio, which could include crisp air, potential for cooler temperatures, and possibly some dampness or light frost on the paths. The park offers a scenic backdrop, and the well-maintained trails provide a consistent and manageable running experience across all distances.
