Wagging Tails on the Trails 5k Trail Race Virtual 5k

Join us for the 2nd annual Wagging Tails on the Trails 5K Race at Pepper Park Riverside in Fort Pierce on Hutchinson Island! 
 
This race takes place on February 1, 2025. Race starts at 7:30 a.m. This 5K loop is a flat hard packed trail that winds through mangroves and beautiful hammocks along the Indian River Lagoon.

• Finisher Medal
• 5k Run/walk entry
• Chip timed race bib 
• Finish line treats for fur babies

This race is very dog friendly! Feel free to bring your leashed, four-legged running buddy to enjoy the trail with you.  All dogs to cross the finish line receive a treat! Water bowls available at the water station and around the expo area. Please clean up after your pets and come prepared with poop bags. Pets must be friendly and non-aggressive to other dogs or people. Dogs must be leashed at ALL times.

Going old school option available with no medal or t-shirt.

Puppy Dash for kids 10 and under. A short fast race that will take place around 8:45. Kids will receive a yummy cupcake when they cross the finish line.
