Jon Ward 5k: The Couriers are pleased to announce the return of the Jon Ward 5k race, for the third year the event will take place on the cycle track at Hereford Leisure Centre, the surface is smooth and flat, 5 laps will get you that 5k PB! the race will be chip timed & suitable for runners of all abilities, the route will be fully marked out and marshalled & weve even got a medal for all finishers.
